Hey there, I’m Gwen👋!

With over a decade in real estate, I’ve worn many hats—leasing agent, property manager, top-producing sales agent, and transaction coordinator for a leading team in Austin. I’ve seen firsthand how much agents juggle just to keep things moving, and I’ve lived the pressure of doing it all.

During my years as a top agent, I hit a point of serious burnout. I loved the success, but the constant hustle fried my nervous system and left little time for the things that truly brought me joy. I knew there had to be a better way to thrive in real estate without sacrificing the rest of life.

There is a solution to the looming pressure of what can feel like a 24/7 job—and that’s exactly what Happier Days is here to solve. I now use my experience to help agents create more space—for focus, for growth, and for the life they envisioned when they got into this business. Rebecca Cornelius

Administrative Assistant

With over two decades of experience in property management, Rebecca brings a legacy of leadership, integrity, and heart to the Happier Days team. She began her career as a property manager and steadily rose through the ranks to become Vice President of a large property management company, earning a reputation for her attention to detail and vast knowledge of compliance-related practices and policies.

While she’s well known for her sharp operational skills, it was always the people who kept her passionate about the work—mentoring aspiring professionals, supporting residents, and helping others grow were at the core of her success.

Now retired from her property management career, Rebecca is embracing a new season of Happier Days—spending time in her garden, cooking homemade meals, and soaking up time with the people she loves. Her featured photo was taken on one of those days: the night she saw Stevie Nicks live, a bucket list moment she’ll never forget.

As our Administrative Assistant, Rebecca continues to support agents with and a deep commitment to care.
